No. It is an editable first pass. Compare it with the original scan and correct any wording, notation, question order, marks, or diagrams in Microsoft Word before reuse.
What about student names and school names on scanned papers?
Scanned exam papers may contain student names, school names, or other personal data. Treat uploads as user-owned teaching materials and use the data deletion page to request removal.
Can I request data deletion?
Yes. Use the data deletion page to request deletion of uploaded papers, extracted questions, diagrams, account-linked records, and OneDrive connector metadata.
How do credits work?
Worksheet Cleaner uses prepaid credits. Top up between S$5 and S$100. S$1 gives you 2 credits, and each credit processes one PDF page.
Do you store card details?
No. Stripe handles payment details. Worksheet Cleaner stores payment status and credit ledger records needed to keep your balance accurate.
What happens if a payment is refunded or disputed?
Refunds or disputes may reduce your credit balance, including below zero if the credits were already used. Further processing may require another top-up.
